Archi's Acres is a small-scale organic farm in Southern California that has created the Veterans Sustainable Agriculture Training (VSAT) program to offer our combat veterans meaningful employment opportunities in the sustainable farming industry.
Description
Crop: Main Crop is Basil. Lettuce, chard, kale, mint, tomatoes, cilantro and parsley.
In 2006, Agra Tech provided Colin Archipley a Thermolator 30 x 60 greenhouse equipped with Roll-Up walls, Evaporative Cooling, and Heating. In 2009, Archi's contacted us again as they needed more room so we provided a Thermolator 35 x 120 with the same equipment. Total greenhouse space = 6,000 sq. ft.
